Real Estate has always been a focus at Liff, Walsh & Simmons and our attorneys understand the unique issues associated with financing real estate projects. Our attorneys are well versed in land use and zoning, title insurance, leasing, development, construction, and even litigation when necessary. Our extensive experience provides us with the ability to handle a wide range of real estate financings including acquisition and development loans, construction financing, ground lease financing, permanent financing, as well as transactions involving real estate in multiple states.2

The Commercial Finance Practice at Liff, Walsh & Simmons includes representation of both borrowers and lenders related to asset-based loans, including working capital lines of credit, as well as term loans and guidance lines for equipment and vehicle acquisitions.4
