Josh Welborn is an Associate Attorney and a member of the firm’s business law, litigation, and employment practice groups. Mr. Welborn assists in the firm’s diverse practice areas in matters involving real estate, business, and contract disputes as well as administrative law.

Prior to joining Liff, Walsh & Simmons, Mr. Welborn managed a large portfolio of corporate clients in complex civil litigation cases as well as managed the title curative case portfolio, the judicial probate case portfolio, and represented numerous clients in eviction and actions.

Josh Welborn graduated from the University of Maryland Baltimore County with a degree in Biochemistry and subsequently obtained his Juris Doctor from the Florida Coastal School of Law. Josh is a member of the Calvert County Chamber of Commerce.
