Kelly has been with Liff, Walsh & Simmons since August 2021, when she began her work as a law clerk. Through her strong work ethic, positive approach, and dedication, she advanced to the role of associate and now joins the firm’s partnership.
Since joining Liff, Walsh & Simmons, Kelly has earned a reputation for her attention to detail and skillful transaction management. Her promotion reflects not only her legal ability, but also her leadership, commitment to providing exceptional client experiences, and alignment with the firm’s values.

Kelly’s expertise spans a diverse range of practice areas, including complex commercial loans and title matters, real estate transactions, commercial leasing, mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiations, and general business counseling.
Kelly was selected as an Up & Coming Lawyer from 2023 through 2025 by What’s Up? Media – Annapolis, Central Maryland and the Eastern Shore, and as a Maryland Rising Star Attorney from 2024 through 2026, as selected by peers in the legal community and published by Super Lawyers. In addition to her legal practice, Kelly is known for her involvement in the community and her support of initiatives beyond the office. Kelly is also a graduate of Leadership Anne Arundel’s Flagship Class of 2024 and a member of the Urban Land Institute Baltimore Partnership Forum Class of 2022.
