Andre S. Habib is an Associate Attorney with the firm and a member of its Banking and Finance, Business, and Real Estate practice areas. He represents clients throughout Annapolis, Anne Arundel County, Baltimore, and across Maryland and the Mid‑Atlantic region. Andre’s practice focuses on commercial and residential real estate transactions and disputes, commercial and residential leasing, business formation and counseling, and banking and finance matters. He is especially passionate about residential and commercial real estate transactions and values the opportunity to help individuals and businesses navigate some of the most important legal and financial decisions of their lives.

 

 

Andre has earned consistent recognition as a trusted Maryland real estate and business attorney and a rising professional in the legal community. He was selected as an Up & Coming Lawyer from 2023 through 2025 by What’s Up? Media – Annapolis, Central Maryland and the Eastern Shore. He was also named a Maryland Rising Star Attorney from 2024 through 2026 by his peers, with the distinction published by Super Lawyers. In 2026, he was named to the Leading Lawyers list by What’s Up? Outside of his legal practice, Andre is actively involved in the Annapolis and greater Baltimore business and civic communities. He serves as a board member of the Anne Arundel Community College Foundation and the Touchdown Club of Annapolis. Andre is also an active member of the Maryland State Bar Association, the Anne Arundel County Bar Association, and the Baltimore Commercial Real Estate Development Association.

 

 

Andre earned his Juris Doctor from Widener University Delaware School of Law and received his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
