Kelly Callahan is an Associate Attorney and a member of the firm’s Banking & Finance, Real Estate and Business Law Practice Groups. Ms. Callahan’s expertise spans across a diverse range of practice areas including matters involving complex commercial loans and title matters, real estate transactions, commercial leasing, mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiations, and general business counseling. Ms. Callahan strives to deliver her clients exceptional legal counsel and strategic guidance that aligns with each client’s objectives and business goals.

Ms. Callahan graduated from Syracuse University with honors, earning bachelor’s degrees in Public Relations and Spanish. Ms. Callahan subsequently obtained her Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, graduating with honors and in the top 25% of her class. Ms. Callahan is also fluent in Spanish.

Ms. Callahan was selected as an Up & Coming Lawyer of 2023, as selected by “What’s Up? Media – Annapolis, Central Maryland and the Eastern Shore,” and as a 2024 Maryland Rising Star Attorney, as selected by peers in the legal community, and published in the “2024 Maryland Super Lawyers Magazine.”

Ms. Callahan is passionate about giving back to the Anne Arundel County Community and currently serves as a Board Member and Chair of the Development Committee for Rebuilding Together Anne Arundel County. Ms. Callahan is also a member of the Leadership Anne Arundel Flagship Class of 2024, NAIOP Maryland, AACIA, and ULI Baltimore.

Ms. Callahan currently resides in Annapolis but can be found cheering on the Baltimore Ravens at every home game at M&T Bank Stadium.
