Bradley T. Walsh is Counsel with Liff, Walsh & Simmons and a member of the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group. He represents clients in a wide variety of matters ranging from contract negotiations, title insurance, sales, financing, development, leasing, entity structuring and negotiation as well as entity formation. Mr. Walsh is President of Eagle Title, the firm’s affiliated Title Company, with experience closing complex real estate transactions. He has assisted in closing over 7,000 real estate transactions.
Mr. Walsh graduated from Salisbury University, earning his Bachelor of Science. He subsequently earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law, where he obtained a concentration in Real Estate Practice. Before his admission to the Maryland State Bar, Mr. Walsh served as a Law Clerk at Liff Walsh & Simmons.
Mr. Walsh currently resides in Arnold with his wife and children. He is active in the community, supporting many charitable organizations, including Fish for a Cure (Anne Arundel Medical Center). Mr. Walsh is also an active member of the Maryland State Bar Association and the Anne Arundel County Bar Association.
