Liff, Walsh & Simmons, a full-service business law firm, is pleased to welcome Jessica L. Walsh, Esq. as an associate attorney with the firm.
While a law student, Ms. Walsh served as a research assistant to Professor Paula A. Monopoli on the 4th edition of Contemporary Trusts and Estates (Aspen, 2022). She was a Law Clerk at the Department of Health in the Maryland Office of the Attorney General, where she assisted with representation of clients such as the State Anatomy Board, Office of the Medical Examiner, Board of Physicians, Behavioral Health Administration, and several state psychiatric hospitals. She also spent the 2020 legislative session as a legal intern for Delegate Sandy A. Rosenberg, 41st District, at the Maryland General Assembly.

Jessica is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts (Boston) with a Bachelors of Science degree as well as a Masters in Public Health degree from Boston University with a concentration in Health Law, Bioethics, and Human Rights. She is a graduate of University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctor.

Ms. Walsh is a member of the Maryland State Bar, Anne Arundel Bar Association, The Women’s Bar Association of Maryland, and the Anne Arundel Estate Planning Council.
