Andre Habib is an Associate Attorney and a member of the firm’s Real Estate, Business Law, Banking & Finance Practice Groups. Habib’s practice areas include matters involving, amongst other things, commercial/residential real estate transactions and disputes, commercial/residential leasing, business formation and counseling, and banking and finance.

Mr. Habib has been selected as an Up & Coming Lawyer of 2023, as selected by “What’s Up? Media – Annapolis, Central Maryland and the Eastern Shore,” and as a 2024 Maryland Rising Star Attorney, as selected by peers in the legal community, and published in the “2024 Maryland Super Lawyers Magazine.”

Outside of the office, Mr. Habib is an active member of the Maryland State Bar Association, Anne Arundel County Bar Association, Severna Park Chamber of Commerce, BWI Business Partnership, and the Baltimore Commercial Real Estate Development Association. Mr. Habib also coaches a local basketball team in Annapolis.

Mr. Habib graduated from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and obtained his Juris Doctor from Delaware Law School.
