Andre Habib is an Associate Attorney and a member of the firm’s Real Estate, Business Law, Banking & Finance Practice Groups. His  practice areas include matters involving commercial and residential real estate transactions and disputes, commercial and residential leasing, business formation and counseling, and banking and finance.

Mr. Habib has been recognized as an “Up & Coming Lawyer” of 2023, 2024, and 2025 by What’s Up? Media – Annapolis, Central Maryland and the Eastern Shore. He was also selected as a “Maryland Rising Star Attorney” for 2024 & 2025, as chosen by his peers in the legal community, and published in the Maryland editions of Super Lawyers Magazine.

Outside of the office, Mr. Habib serves as a board member of the Anne Arundel Community College Foundation, BWI Business Partnership Foundation, and Touchdown Club of Annapolis. He is also an active member of the Maryland State Bar Association, Anne Arundel County Bar Association, BWI Business Partnership, and Baltimore Commercial Real Estate Development Association.

Mr. Habib earned his Juris Doctor from Widener University Delaware School of Law and his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
