Bradley T. Walsh is Of Counsel with Liff, Walsh & Simmons and a seasoned real estate and title professional whose practice is primarily focused on title insurance law and real estate closings. He brings extensive hands‑on experience guiding transactions from contract negotiation to completion of settlement.
Brad serves as President of Eagle Title, the firm’s affiliated title company, where he oversees operations and the closing of complex residential and commercial real estate transactions. Over the course of his career, he has assisted in closing more than 20,000 real estate transactions, providing clients, lenders, and industry partners with efficient, detail‑driven service and a deep understanding of title and settlement issues.
He earned his Bachelor of Science from Salisbury University and his Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law, where he concentrated in Real Estate Practice. Prior to his admission to the Maryland State Bar, he served as a Law Clerk with Liff, Walsh & Simmons. He is also a member of the Anne Arundel County Bar Association.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Brad is deeply committed to giving back to his community. He serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors for Fish For a Cure (F4AC), a cause close to his heart that supports cancer patients and their families. Since 2018, Brad has been involved with Team Reel Counsel, raising over $800,000 and winning the prestigious Paul C. Dettor Captain’s Challenge.
Brad lives with his wife and children in Arnold, Maryland. On weekends, you’ll find him fishing on the Chesapeake Bay or cheering on his kids from the sidelines.
