Kelly Callahan is an Associate Attorney and a member of the firm’s Banking & Finance, Real Estate and Business Law Practice Groups. Ms. Callahan’s expertise spans across a diverse range of practice areas including matters involving complex commercial loans and title matters, real estate transactions, commercial leasing, mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiations, and general business counseling. Ms. Callahan strives to deliver her clients exceptional legal counsel and strategic guidance that aligns with each client’s objectives and business goals.

Ms. Callahan graduated from Syracuse University with honors, earning bachelor’s degrees in Public Relations and Spanish. Ms. Callahan subsequently obtained her Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, graduating with honors and in the top 25% of her class.

Ms. Callahan was selected as an Up & Coming Lawyer from 2023-2025, as selected by What’s Up? Media – Annapolis, Central Maryland and the Eastern Shore, and as a Maryland Rising Star Attorney from 2024-2026, as selected by peers in the legal community, and published by Super Lawyers. Ms. Callahan was also recently included in the 2026 edition of the Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America for her work in Banking and Finance Law, Business Organizations (including LLCs and Partnerships), and Real Estate Law.

Ms. Callahan is passionate about giving back to the Anne Arundel County community and currently serves as a Board Member for Visit Annapolis & Anne Arundel County and AACIA. Ms. Callahan has previously served as a Board Member for Rebuilding Together Anne Arundel County and is a proud member of the Leadership Anne Arundel Flagship Class of 2024.

Ms. Callahan currently resides in Annapolis but can be found cheering on the Baltimore Ravens at every home game at M&T Bank Stadium.
