Job Title: Technology Manager
Overview:
Job Duties:
- Co-lead digital workplace strategy with Operations and Office Management to support hybrid, remote, and onsite workers.
- Champion modernization of workforce technology to enable new ways of working and digital transformation.
- Define success criteria and roadmap for digital workplace aligned with business objectives.
- Solicit business sponsorship for initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Serve on IT planning committees to develop enterprise technology standards, governance, and performance metrics.
Technology Governance & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulations (privacy, security, ethics, accessibility, sustainability).
- Govern technology standards, licensing, and usage to optimize costs and data policies.
- Establish disaster recovery and business continuity plans for workplace technologies.
- Employee Experience & Change Management
- Partner with HR and Operations to incorporate workforce trends, roles, and challenges into technology planning.
- Collaborate with internal communications to promote technology adoption through enablement campaigns.
- Drive a culture of digital dexterity and use change management best practices to improve adoption.
Operations & Support
- Lead development and maintenance of digital workplace architecture and support processes.
- Direct MSP (IT service desk) to fulfill end-user support and service requests.
- Continuously improve IT support using internal teams or outsourced/offshore partners.
- Define and execute standardized IT support strategies leveraging cross-functional resources.
- Data & Innovation
- Promote data-driven analysis of workplace technology experience and share insights with business stakeholders.
- Stay current on emerging technologies and guide their integration to meet business demands.
- Explore how employees use technology to engage with peers, customers, and partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Management Information Systems.
- 3–5 years’ experience managing IT systems, processes, and vendors.
- Working knowledge of ITIL and key IT service processes.
- Experience managing digital workplace applications and adapting to changing business priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Supervisory experience mentoring IT staff.
- Experience in innovation, technology, and organizational change management.
- Certifications: PMP, CISSP, CompTIA, ITIL.
- Training in SEO, UX, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager).
- Familiarity with project management or agile methodologies.

Salary Requirements: $80-110k
