Kathleen Millrood is an Associate Attorney and a member of the firm’s Real Estate, Business Law, and Commercial Finance, practice groups. Ms. Millrood assists in the firm’s diverse practice areas in matters involving leasing, business negotiations, and commercial and residential property transactions.
Ms. Millrood graduated from Tulane University with honors and subsequently obtained her Juris Doctor and certification in Business Law from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law. During law school, Ms. Millrood served as president of UMD Carey Law’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Team.
Ms. Millrood was selected as an Up & Coming Lawyer in 2025, as selected by What’s Up? Media – Annapolis, Central Maryland and the Eastern Shore, and as a Maryland Rising Star Attorney from 2025-2026, as selected by peers in the legal community, and published by Super Lawyers.
