Annapolis, MD (April 2026) — Liff, Walsh & Simmons, together with Eagle Title, has launched Denim for a Cause, a firmwide community giving initiative designed to engage employees while supporting nonprofit organizations serving the local community.
Through the initiative, team members are invited to wear denim on Mondays in exchange for making a voluntary donation to a designated cause of the month. The program provides a simple and inclusive way for employees across both organizations to participate in charitable efforts and give back in a meaningful way.
During the first quarter of 2026, Denim for a Cause raised a combined total of $681 in support of three nonprofit organizations: The Complete Player Charity, Charting Careers, and Project Echo. Together, these organizations focus on youth empowerment, career development, and housing stability for individuals and families in need.
“Denim for a Cause is about bringing people together for a shared purpose,” said Liz Hood, Chief Financial Officer of Liff, Walsh & Simmons and Eagle Title. “It gives our team an easy and consistent way to support organizations that are doing important work in our community while strengthening our sense of connection as a workplace.”
By selecting a different nonprofit each month, Denim for a Cause raises awareness of local organizations while encouraging continued participation and engagement across both companies. The initiative reflects Liff, Walsh & Simmons’ and Eagle Title’s shared commitment to community service and being present for those they serve.
