Eric N. Lamb is an associate attorney at the firm and a member of the Estate Planning & Administration practice area.

 

Eric earned his J.D. from University of Baltimore School of Law in 1993. Eric has legal experience in government, private practice, and in self-employment. Prior to joining Liff, Walsh & Simmons, Eric was Office of Counsel for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – Baltimore District, and had a solo practice focusing on estate planning and real estate matters. Eric’s skills include commercial real estate, contract law, family law, new business development, estate planning and administration, guardianship, wills, mediation, property law, and disability law.

 

Eric enjoys volunteering his time and has spent his outside-of-work hours as a member of the Southwest Baltimore Economic Forum, Catonsville Men’s Civic Association, Baltimore County Planning Board, and Greater Catonsville Chamber of Commerce.
