Mr. Shenouda will be joining the firm’s Banking & Finance, Real Estate, and Business Counseling & Transactions practice areas.

Peter brings a strong foundation in transactional and regulatory law, paired with a wide range of practical experience across the public and private sectors. He recently earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, where he concentrated on transactional coursework and was recognized for his leadership and advocacy. During law school, he served as Finance Chair of the National Alternative Dispute Resolution Team and received top placements in negotiation and transactional law competitions.

Prior to joining Liff, Walsh & Simmons, Peter gained experience through clerkships and internships with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Division of Corporation Finance, as well as private law firms, where he worked on contract drafting, regulatory compliance, and litigation support. Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from The College of New Jersey, graduating magna cum laude in 2020.
