Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator

Overview:

The HR Coordinator will provide comprehensive human resources support for two affiliated organizations: Eagle Title, a leading title and settlement company, and Liff, Walsh & Simmons, a respected law firm. This role ensures smooth HR operations across both companies, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, compliance, benefits administration, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing priorities across two dynamic professional environments. 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling for both companies. 
  • Manage new hire onboarding, including preparation of offer letters, employment agreements, and orientation sessions. 
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems for both organizations. 
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and industry-specific regulations (including real estate/title and legal requirements). 
  • Support benefits enrollment and assist employees with questions. 
  • Liaise with benefits providers and ensure timely updates for both companies. 
  • Prepare HR reports, assist with payroll coordination, and support performance review processes. 
  • Coordinate training programs and continuing education requirements for attorneys and title professionals. 
  • Organize company events, wellness initiatives, and recognition programs. 
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and foster a positive workplace culture. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred. 
  • 1-3 years of HR or administrative experience; experience in professional services or real estate/title industry preferred. 
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Compensation Range:

  • $45,000-$65,000
