Kelly Callahan
Kelly Callahan consistently applies creative problem-solving, helping to overcome unforeseen challenges while finding solutions to unconventional problems. As an associate with Liff, Walsh & Simmons, she is extremely reliable and advocates passionately for her clients. She has a tremendous depth of law knowledge making her a huge asset to the team. Kelly has a strong work ethic and applies it to both her professional work as well as her commitment to her community; she serves as a Board Member with Rebuilding Together Anne Arundel County. Kelly is fluent in Spanish.
Andre Habib
Andre Habib is an Associate at Liff, Walsh & Simmons, assisting the firm’s diverse practice areas in matters involving contract disputes, business negotiations, and commercial and residential property transactions and loans. A team player with a tremendous work ethic, Andre applies creative thinking skills to find new ways to resolve complex problems. He is diligent in all of his work, resulting in excellent attention to detail. Andre is a member of the Greater Severna Park & Arnold Chamber of Commerce. Andre is fluent in Arabic.
Josh Welborn
As an Associate with Liff, Walsh & Simmons, Josh Welborn focuses his legal practice on assisting clients in resolving their business disputes. Josh assesses each individual client’s unique goals and situation and applies a practical outlook to each matter he handles. He consistently displays high-quality skills, including tenacious research, collaboration, and persuasive writing. He has represented clients in a wide variety of business disputes and uses his experience to drive results from beginning to end. Josh is a member of the Calvert County Chamber of Commerce.
